Hello:

Recently I've been trying to rerun derivations of my videos, in the hope that the new MP4 versions will be more iPod friendly. (Current ones have a nasty audio SNAT every four seconds or so.) Things appear to have stalled at the final step with this message:
server readonly -- tasks waiting for harddrive fix

What needs to be done to access the new files? How do we get past this yellow stage?

A few of the items in question are:

http://www.archive.org/details/gtv110-santacruzhempallstars

Once I can confirm the new MP4s are good, I plan to do this to all GrooveTV episodes. If anyone can help, it's much appreciated!

this can happen when we have a disk problem
(or otherwise) on a box and mark the node "offline"
to deliberately "hold" item modifications
(eg: edits to the details page, derives, etc.)

it's inconvenient to our users, to be sure,
but it helps us avoid corrupting items if the disk
needs filesys checking, etc.

When and how do these issues get resolved?
